The northern end of Discovery Fishing Pier will be temporarily closed beginning today, Thursday, June 27, 2024. Ongoing condition assessments of the pier have identified that immediate repairs are required to that section of the pier. Although a reopening date is not known at this time, the City of Campbell River is working to expedite the required repairs.

This is a partial closure, and the other sections of the pier currently remain open to the public. Please follow all signage and safety controls in place.
