After an employment competition closes, resumes are shortlisted based on the necessary qualifications for the position advertised. Meeting the minimum qualifications of the posting does not automatically mean that you will be short listed for the position posted, as all applicants are assessed on a competitive basis.

Short listed candidates are contacted by telephone and/or email for any job related testing. Individuals who meet or the minimum pass score may then be invited to return for a panel interview.
Short listed candidates are typically contacted one to three weeks after the competition closing date.
