Submission Requirements Checklist

For all application types there are minimum submission requirements.  The City will not accept incomplete applications.  To make sure there are no avoidable delays, you should ensure that you have the following:

• Completed application form, also signed by the land owner.
• Site plan/survey
• BC Land Title Search dated no more than five days prior to the application date
• Completed Schedule 1 (site contamination profile)
• Application Fee
• Copies of all other relevant plans, elevations, studies and information*

*The specific information and plan requirements for Development Permit applications vary depending on the particular characteristics of the site and the project.
