The Rotary Community Fieldhouse offers a multipurpose room with kitchen and deck over looking the playing field. The facility capacity is 48 people with tables and chairs, 64 with chairs only, and 87 standing space. The building is equipped with a lift for accessibility. Two change rooms and a concession room are located on ground floor and are available to rent.

Along with nearly 300 community donors, major donations came from: Cermaq, Ketza Pacific, Seymour Pacific, Rotary Club of Campbell River and Western Forest Products. Significant donations also came from: Econobox, Interfor and MOWI.
