The Asset Management Department is structured to ensure that City facilities are operated and maintained in an efficient, cost-effective and sustainable manner that provides staff and the public a safe environment. The department also ensures consistent replacement, maintenance, and equitable assignment of vehicles within the general fleet, Airport fleet and Fire Department fleet. Asset Management also provides administrative support services to the Transportation, Utilities, and Parks departments.
The Asset Management Department plans and manages the repair, maintenance, construction and renovation functions for all City facilities and buildings.
