This department strives to strategically acquire and maintain land-based resources, both land inventory and land reserve funds and use City land for maximum community benefit – now and in the future. Management of these real estate assets and civic properties includes: leases, operating agreements, purchase and sale negotiations, rights-of-way, easements, acquisitions/disposal of real property as well as addressing issues arising from occupants of City-owned property and managing all property issues that arise from City capital projects.
