People who wish to present to City Council must fill out the following form and submit it to the Legislative Services Department explaining the issue that is to be addressed. The application will be reviewed by the Corporate Officer and you will be notified if it has been approved and the date and time of your presentation. Please see page 2 of the application form for further details. Each delegation is limited to 5 minutes unless a longer period is agreed to by Council.
Delegations will be restricted from speaking on matters that are the subject of a Public Hearing or that have been discussed In Camera.
