MAYOR’S OPENING REMARKS   

Mayor Andy Adams provided an update on the COVID-19 provincial vaccine rollout noting that the plan for Vancouver Island puts priority on long-term care staff and residents, followed by assisted living facilities, remote and rural First Nations communities and acute care workers (emergency, ICU).
