Cheviot Road Pedestrian Improvements

The project is for the design and construction of a sidewalk and pedestrian crossing improvements along Cheviot Road.
This work allows the City to move ahead immediately with building a walkway, while still planning for the future and further pedestrian improvements and utility infrastructure upgrades on Cheviot Road. 

The project is located along Cheviot Road from Petersen Road to Westmore Road.

Work will begin in early July and continue to August 30, 2024.  

A cost estimate will be available at the end of the design stage. This project is being funded by Capital Reserves.

The City is working with engineering consultants, MPE Engineering Ltd. on the design phase. The City will engage in a tender process if necessary for the construction of this project.
