A Special Committee of the Whole meeting will be held on Friday, February 24, 2023 at 9:30 a.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 301 St. Ann's Road, Campbell River, to give downtown business owners the opportunity to address Council regarding concerns with public disorder in the 1300 block of downtown.
