A partial road closure is in place today, Thursday, November 10, 2022, on Dogwood Street between 9th and 11th Avenue. The southbound lane will be closed to traffic, and the northbound lane will be used for alternating traffic. The closure is due to a water service repair and will be in place until 4:30 p.m. Traffic controls are in place.
