The Committee of the Whole meeting originally scheduled for March 20, 2018 has been changed to Monday, March 19th at 4:30 p.m. in the City Hall Committee Room, 301 St. Ann's Road, Campbell River, BC.

The purpose of the Committee of the Whole meeting is to proceed In-Camera to consider the following matters under section 90 of the Community Charter:

(1)(k) negotiations and related discussion respecting the proposed provision of a municipal service that are at their preliminary stages and that, in the view of the council, could reasonably be expected to harm the interests of the municipality if they were held in public.

Note: In-Camera meetings are not open to the public.
