Greenways Land Trust and the City of Campbell River are working together to create an Urban Forest Management Plan for our community. Urban forests enhance quality of life throughout the community and provide many benefits from absorbing greenhouse gas emissions to storm water management. This plan is a strategic, systematic and cost effective way to manage the long-term health and distribution of trees in our community.
