Please be prepared to include the follow information with your complaint:
- Name of complainant
- Address, telephone, and / or email address
- Location or address of bylaw contravention
- Detailed description of complaint (including time / date if applicable)
Anonymous complaints will not be accepted by the City.
The complainant's identity will remain confidential at all times, except when necessary to give court evidence.
