The City provides weekly yard waste collection for both single-family and duplex homes.

Yard waste collection occurs the first week of March through the last week of November.

Campbell River’s garbage, recycling and yard waste collection schedule is changing after the May long weekend. Regular curbside collection will move forward one weekday after each statutory holiday. That means Monday collection will move to Tuesday, Tuesday to Wednesday and so on. Friday collection will move to Monday. See answers to frequently asked questions below.
