Sales - the Struggle is Optional

If you’re like many entrepreneurs, you probably didn’t start your business with the intention of being in sales. Instead, you had a great idea, a product you were passionate about, or a service you knew would help others. Or maybe your business sort of…fell into your lap. Sound familiar?

No matter why you got started, the reality is that making sales is your number one priority as a business owner.

Being comfortable with selling is necessary to get your business off the ground –and to keep it off the ground—because this drives your revenue and profit.

To help sharpen your sales skills and take the pain out of selling, we’ve invited Shannon Ward from OnTrack to Campbell River for September 19th and 20th. Shannon will be facilitating two workshops: Sales Fundamentals for Non-Sales People, and Sales Strategy – a workshop where you will leave with a one-page sales strategy for your business.

Sales is highly personal and you can find a way to sell that feels authentic to you.

Shannon brings a wealth of experience to the table. As a teen, she watched her mom start a business, hoping for a path out of financial hardship and dependence on others. As most business owners know, operating your own business is not necessarily a path to financial freedom, and being a solopreneur can be especially difficult. After seeing the challenges her mom faced, Shannon doesn’t believe that success is dependent on struggle, pain and sacrifice. Instead, she believes that sales is highly personal and you can find a way to sell that feels authentic to you. What a refreshing perspective! We’re looking forward to learning from Shannon’s skills and experience in these interactive sessions.

If you don’t consider yourself a salesperson or if you want to get better at selling, it’s never too late to learn. Join us on September 19th and September 20th to find new strategies that you can implement immediately to generate more revenue. The investment is minimal – tickets are $20 – but the returns will be great.

Know someone who would enjoy these workshops? Invite them to join you. Seating is limited, so get your tickets early:
